Description
Heavy Fast Inflatable Marine Natural Rubber Airbag For Ship Launching
Marine rubber Ship Launching / Landing Airbags, which basic body are consisted of our rubber layers, synthetic-cord-reinforced rubber layers, are kind of a cylindrical airbags with hemispherical heads at the both ends. All of these are vulcanized together, and then inflated compress air inside to make them rounding and flxible to enable them to roll.
1. Outer Rubber
The outer rubber layer protects the cord layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tear strength to withstand any weather condition and hard usage. Standard color is black.
2. Synthetic-net-cord layer for reinforcement
The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of Synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and to distribute the stress even providing strong efficient reinforcement.
3. End Fittings
End fittings include air tightness swivel and marine natural rubber launching airbag safety air inlet.
Marine Ship Launching Airbag are designed using principle of rolling wood. “Deyuan Marine” Inflatable ship rubber airbag choose the whole intertwine technology to make heavy fast Ship Launching Airbag on the structure more reasonable, has higher safety coefficient and bearing capacity.
