Description
9Layers Rubber Marine Launching Airbags For Vessel
Marine Air Bags consist of an outer rubber layer, multiple heavy-duty synthetic tire cord layers, and a vulcanized inner rubber layer. The Rubber Airbag of the ship is a cylindrical balloon with two tapered heads and an open end. Airtight rotary joint and air inlet assembly screwed into port.
Synthetic tire cord: Reinforcement layers for Natural Rubber Airbags made of rubber-coated synthetic tire cord. Many synthetic tire cord layers are wound together at the ideal angle through a unique and patented “overall winding technology”. Maintain the internal pressure so that the pressure is evenly distributed. The buoy uses 1870 dtex / 2 synthetic tire cord. There are more than 95 warp yarns per 100 mm, and the breaking strength of each warp yarn is more than 310N.
The Inflatable Rubber Airbag outer rubber layer covers the outside of the Marine Airbag. Protects the rope layer from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tear strength to withstand any weather conditions and difficult use.
Ship Launching Airbags are classified into “common airbags”, “high-carrying capacity airbags” and “ultra-high-carrying capacity airbags” according to their carrying capacity
Features of our Vessel rubber airbags:
Outer and inner Rubber Layer:
The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of 9 layers Rubber Lift Bags to protect under layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to withstand any condition and hard usage.
Synthetic-tire-cord layer for reinforcement:
The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. So Marine Bags can provide strong efficient reinforcement.
End Fittings:
Airbag End fitting include Air Tightness swivel and Safety Air Inlet(These end fittings are enclosed when airbags leave our factory).
