200 Ton / 2000KN Marine Hydraulic Driven Mooring Winches
This hydraulic mooring winches usually using for very big lifting capacity, install on seagoing vessels, with huge working load usually power by hydraulic power pack, this 200 ton mooring winch production must be as per drawing which design by designning institute and drawing approval by class socienty if required related certificate.
This 2000KN hydraulic driven mooring winch with compact design, mainly include single drum, winch base, gear box, hydraulic motor, small gearwheel, big gearwheel,main shaft, rachet stopper, clutch, hydraulic brake, wall plate, oil tank etc.
The mooring winches reach 200 ton required rope is wire rope, diameter for wire rope min. would be 56mm, if customers want mooring very long wire rope then automatic spooling device can be option to install for wire rope in line arrangment.
For marine mooring winch speed, as per mechanics principle, when the working load is bigger, the speed is smaller, so in case wanted high speed it is better to adjust a small working load on mooring drum.
